Residential Renters provides tenant placement services, including property marketing, showing coordination, application processing, and lease preparation.

For property owners who engage Residential Renters, all service terms, obligations, compensation, and responsibilities are governed by the separate Residential Listing Contract – Exclusive Right to Rent. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and that agreement, the Residential Listing Contract shall control.

We are not a party to any lease agreement. All leases are solely between the property owner (or their manager) and the tenant.

We do not guarantee tenant placement timing, rental income, tenant performance, or outcomes.

4. SMS Terms of Service
